TO START, first click the "Register" button and then add your exhibitor booth tier. After you've selected your booth option, continue to payment.

Be sure to select the option to pay on behalf of your company during checkout.

Booth Options And Selection: Exhibitor booths are available at the pricing tiers noted below, based on anticipated foot traffic patterns. Exhibitor booth locations within each tier are determined by random drawing conducted by exhibitor tier, highest to lowest tier. 

Exhibitor Booth Drawing: CALPELRA will conduct the lottery drawing by Zoom on August 22, 2026. Exhibitors who do not wish to participate by Zoom may submit a list of all booths in their contribution tier in order of preference, by number, no later than two weeks before the drawing.

Registration And Payment Information: Exhibitors must make a nonrefundable 50% deposit payment on their exhibitor commitment at the time of selection; exhibitors must pay the remaining 50% by August 1, 2026. Exhibitors may forfeit their booth location if full payment is not made by August 1, 2026.
