Resources

What's Available?

The Resources section of the site is here to help you accomplish your work goals more easily and with better results.

The Labor Academy Masters Papers were all written by labor relations professionals who have earned the prized CALPELRA Master of Labor Relations Certificate (CLRM). You will find many useful insights in these papers. CALPELRA's current CLRM program participants are evaluating arbitrators and factfinders, and CALPELRA will use these written analysis to create a database for members with arbitrator/factfinder information.

The Conference Materials (available only to Conference attendees) are a collection of audio recordings and printed materials from this year's Annual Conference. Please log in to access the materials under the Conference pages.

The collection of useful Links will take you to Web sites and organizations with additional resources and information.

Under Governance you'll find CALPELRA's governing bylaws and CALPELRA's tax returns.

Madge's Glossary is a living and growing list of labor relations terms and definitions.

CALPELRAConnect (available only to CALPELRA members), CALPELRA's secure, members-only professional/social network, was created in response to members' need of an on-line forum for exchanging ideas and information with their peers across the state. If you're a CALPELRA member, on CALPELRAConnect you can engage in California-specific discussions about current labor relations and human resources topics.

And of course we'd like to hear your comments and suggestions for this section of the site, so please call us at 925-400-6320 or send us your thoughts at calpelra@calpelra.org. CALPELRA and all its members appreciate any help you can give us to continually improve these resources.
