2010 Annual Conference Exhibitor Program
EXHIBITOR BOOTHS
Exhibitor booths are available at the following pricing tiers:
$15,000: Includes six complimentary Annual Conference registrations, six complimentary exhibitor personnel badges, six complimentary tickets to the Conference Grand Reception on Thursday night, and a complimentary full page advertisement in the Conference program booklet.
$10,000: Includes four complimentary Annual Conference registrations, four complimentary exhibitor personnel badges, four complimentary tickets to the Conference Grand Reception on Thursday night, and a complimentary half page advertisement in the Conference program booklet.
$7,500: Includes three complimentary Annual Conference registrations, three complimentary exhibitor personnel badges, three complimentary tickets to the Conference Grand Reception on Thursday night, and a complimentary quarter page advertisement in the Conference program booklet.
$5,000: Includes two complimentary Annual Conference registrations, two complimentary exhibitor personnel badges, and two complimentary tickets to the Conference Grand Reception on Thursday night.
$3,500: Includes two complimentary exhibitor personnel badges (this tier draws earlier in the booth drawing than the $2,000 tier).
$2,000: Includes two complimentary exhibitor personnel badges.
Exhibitors with paid or complimentary exhibitor badges will have access to the exhibitor area before, during, and after during Conference sessions. Exhibitor badges allow for access to the exhibitor area only.
Access to Conference sessions, lunches, and evening receptions is available only with a paid or complimentary Conference registration. Individual tickets to lunches and evening receptions may be purchased.

Friend members participating in the 2010 Conference as both exhibitors and sponsors, with a combined sponsor and exhibitor contribution of $15,000 or more, will automatically be entered in a lottery for priority selection of exhibitor booth location for CALPELRA’s 2011 Annual Conference.
