The Arbitrator Database (available only to members) is a searchable database of information about the details of arbitrators' decisions, the agency's rating of the arbitrator, and arbitrators' positions in strike lists.

Surveys (available only to members) allows members to ask each other about best practices.

The Labor Academy Masters Papers were all written by labor relations professionals who have earned the prized Master of Labor Relations Certificate. You will find many useful insights in these papers.

In order to provide a significant Contracts Database that returns good search results, CALPELRA needs your agency's Collective Bargaining Agreements and/or Memoranda of Understanding. The more CBAs/MOUs loaded into the database, the better everyone's searches will be. The same is true of the the Arbitrator Database.
